Save-the-Dates

  • When: 6–10 months (destination: 8–12+).

  • Include: names, date, city, website/QR.

Invitations

  • Mail: 8–10 weeks (12+ destination).

  • RSVP due: 3–4 weeks prior.

  • Contents: invite card, details card (attire, parking, shuttle), RSVP card (if not online), envelope(s).


Wording & Etiquette Basics

  • Keep host line simple; choose “request the honor/pleasure” based on venue.

  • Attire note helps guests (black tie, garden party chic).

  • Provide parking/shuttle info and accessibility notes on the details card or website.


Addressing & Postage

  • Weigh a finished suite at the post office.

  • Square/enveloped liners/heavy papers may need extra postage.
