Payment Policy

Accepted Forms of Payment

  • All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • Cash

  • J. Major’s gift cards / store credits

  • Secure online checkout links (Shop Pay/Shopify checkout)

Not Accepted

  • Personal checks, business checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders are not accepted.

 

Special Orders & Deposits

  • Most bridal gowns and certain accessories are special order and made specifically for you.

  • A non-refundable initial payment of 50% of the price is required to place a special order.

  • Orders are placed only after payment is processed. Changes or cancellations after ordering may forfeit payments already made.

Balance & Timing

  • Remaining balances must be paid in full before pickup/release of the item(s).

  • Accessories and off-the-rack items are paid in full at purchase.

  • Rush fees, and shipping are due at the time they are requested or invoiced.

Split Payments

  • You may split payments across multiple cards or combine cash and card.

  • One customer will be listed as the primary purchaser on the order.

Sales Tax

  • Applicable North Carolina sales tax will be added to all purchases.

​

ID & Security

  • We may request a valid photo ID for higher-value transactions or at our discretion.

  • Card payments are processed via a PCI-compliant provider; we do not store full card numbers.
