Warranty  Policy

At J. Major’s Bridal Boutique, each gown is a special order, made specifically for the bride. Because bridal gowns are garments rather than manufactured goods, they do not come with a warranty. We take great care in working with our designers and inspecting each gown upon arrival to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality.

Once your dress is in your hands, it is considered a completed purchase. Any alterations, adjustments, or future care of the gown are the responsibility of the bride and her chosen seamstress.
