The Major Experience is J. Major's signature private appointment — two uninterrupted hours with exclusive access to the entire store for up to 12 guests. It includes a virtual consultation in advance, champagne, a dessert bar or charcuterie tray, a $100 credit toward a same-day gown purchase, and 15% off same-day accessories. The $300 consultation fee applies.

Yes. Weekday bridal appointments at J. Major's are free to book. Weekend appointments include a $20 consultation fee.

Yes. J. Major's offers professional gown preservation through a specialist with over 100 years of experience. Veil preservation is included and gowns are returned in approximately 10 weeks in an acid-free box with a window panel. J. Major's brides receive $100 off.
