Shipping Policy

At J. Major’s Bridal Boutique, we take great care in ensuring your special-order gown and bridal accessories arrive safely and on time.

We are a Charlotte based bridal boutique, and most of our gowns are purchased in-store through personal appointments. However, for out-of-town brides or special circumstances, we can ship dresses within the United States and do not ship items outside of the United States. Shipping fees and insurance costs vary depending on the gown and destination. 

  • Order Processing: Special-order gowns require custom production time, which varies by designer, typically 3 to 6 months. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship all bridal gowns and accessories via Fedex and UPS with tracking and insurance for added security.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping timeframes depend on the designer and selected shipping method, typically 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details to monitor its arrival.

  • In-Store Pickup: For added convenience, brides may opt to pick up their gown in-store once it arrives.

  • Shipping Fees: $75, shipped from Charlotte, NC 28203.

  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
