Shipping Policy

At J. Major’s Bridal Boutique, we take great care in ensuring your special-order gown and bridal accessories arrive safely and on time.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders will be processed in 3 days and will be delivered in 7-10 days, total 10-13 days. Cut-off time 5pm eastern, Mon-Sat.
Shipping Methods: We ship all bridal gowns and accessories via UPS with tracking and insurance for added security.
Track Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email you provide at the time of the order to monitor its arrival.
In-Store Pickup: For added convenience, brides may opt to pick up their gown in-store once it arrives.
Shipping Fees: $75, shipped from Charlotte, NC 28203.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.
