That price is the whole price. It covers the hand inspection, the professional cleaning matched to your gown's fabrics, and the acid-free tissue and preservation box with its window panel. You can include any five accessories alongside your gown, and your veil counts as one of them, so most brides preserve their veil plus four more pieces that mattered to them. There is no shipping charge, no garment fee, nothing added at pickup, and no surprises at the end.

What if my gown has stains on it?
Bring it to us as it is, and please resist the urge to treat it yourself first.
We know the instinct. A hem is grass-stained, there is red wine on the bodice, and the temptation to dab at it with a stain pen or club soda is strong. The problem is that home treatments can set a stain permanently, lift dye from the fabric, or leave a ring that is harder to remove than the original mark, and delicate lace and beadwork are especially unforgiving. My wedding was years ago. Is it too late to preserve my dress?
Not at all, and this is one of the most common questions we hear.
