1. Can I track my shipment?

Yes! We’ll provide a tracking number as soon as your gown has shipped, so you can follow it every step of the way until it arrives safely. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re an international bride, please contact us directly so we can discuss special arrangements. 

3. What is your return policy?

Please refer our Return Policy.

4. What if my gown arrives damaged?

We carefully inspect every gown before it leaves our boutique. If your gown is damaged in transit when we ship it to you from our store, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

5. Can I cancel my order?

Once a gown has been ordered from the designer, cancellations are not possible.
