Questions to Ask
Photographer: coverage hours, second shooter, turnaround, rights, must-have shots.
Florist: proposals with visual references, setup/strike fees, repurposing plan, substitutions.
HMUA: trial timing, day-of schedule, touch-up kit, minimums, assistants.
Entertainment: MC duties, power needs, do-not-play list, overtime.
Venue: rain plan, noise curfew, load-in/out, required vendors, insurance.
