Do I need an appointment?
Yes. While we sometimes accommodate same-day or walk-in appointments, we recommend booking your appointment 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your ideal time. You can schedule online, call, or email us directly
How long is my appointment?
Bridal appointments last 90 minutes. You’ll work one-on-one with a professional bridal stylist who will help guide you through the gown selection, try-on, and fitting simulation process using clips and styling tools.
What happens at a bridal appointment?
You’ll receive personalized styling, try on a curated selection of wedding gowns, and get expert guidance in a stress-free, supportive environment. Our Charlotte bridal consultants are here to help you feel confident and celebrated.
What should I bring and wear to my appointment?
We suggest nude undergarments, a strapless bra, and shoes with a heel height similar to what you’ll wear on your wedding day. You’re welcome to bring shapewear if preferred, and photos of dress styles you love.
How many guests can I bring?
We recommend bringing 2–4 guests whose opinions you trust. For larger parties, please call ahead — we may be able to arrange a private appointment through The Major Experience.
What is the price range of your gowns?
Our designer wedding dresses range from $1,200 to $5,500. We also offer select sample sale gowns under $1,200 for brides seeking more affordable options.
How far in advance should I order my wedding gown?
We recommend ordering at least 7–8 months before your wedding. Most gowns take 4–6 months to arrive, and alterations can take an additional 4–8 weeks.
What if my wedding is soon?
We have quick-ship options available from select designers and a ready-to-wear collection of off-the-rack gowns you can take home the same day. Availability varies by style and size.
What gown sizes do you carry?
Our in-store samples typically range from bridal sizes 8–28, with most gowns sampled in size 12. Bridal sizing differs from street sizing, and our consultants are trained to help simulate fit accurately. Special orders are available up to size 32.
Do you offer in-house alterations?
We do not offer alterations in-house, but we work closely with a trusted Charlotte-based seamstress who has helped hundreds of our brides.
Do you offer free parking?
Yes! Free 3-hour parking is available in the garage next to our boutique (1910 South Blvd). Bring your ticket inside, and we’ll validate it during your appointment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Appointments are free to book. However, we require a card on file. If you cancel within 48 hours or don’t show up, a $50 fee will be charged. Please cancel at least 2 days in advance to avoid the fee.
